This policy explains how PT Inspirasi Cendekia Indonesia (“Incendio”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through incendio.id. We follow Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022, “UU PDP”).
What We Collect
Through our forms we collect:
- Let’s Talk form: name, role, team size, the topics you tick, your message, and your WhatsApp number or email.
- Company profile download: name, email, WhatsApp number, and whether you agree to be contacted about our services.
- Newsletter and classes waitlist: email address.
- Work Persona assessment: your answers, plus the name and email you enter to receive your result.
Our host and font providers also process basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser. We do not run ads. We do not use analytics tools at this time.
Why We Use It
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss how we can help.
- To send the company profile you requested and, if you agreed, follow up about our services.
- To send our newsletter.
- To tell you when a class opens.
- To show and send your Work Persona result, and to understand overall assessment patterns in anonymised form.
We do not sell your data or use it for anything unrelated to these purposes.
Legal Basis
We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form or the assessment, and, for enquiries, on your request for a response. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your Rights).
Who Helps Us
- Email: form messages are sent and stored through Google Workspace (hello@incendio.id).
- Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
- Hosting: our website host stores the site, form entries, and standard server logs.
Some of these providers store data outside Indonesia. We use established providers with strong security commitments and follow UU PDP rules on transfers abroad.
How Long We Keep It
- Enquiries and company profile requests: up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Newsletter and waitlist: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
- Assessment results: up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
After that, we delete or anonymise the data.
How We Protect It
Only team members who need it have access. We use HTTPS and keep our site and accounts updated and password protected. If a data breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority in writing within 3 x 24 hours of becoming aware of it, as UU PDP requires.
Your Rights
Under UU PDP, you can:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Withdraw your consent, including unsubscribing from the newsletter.
- Object to decisions made only by automated processing. Your Work Persona result is for your own reflection; we do not use it alone to make decisions about you.
To make a request, email hello@incendio.id with the subject “Personal Data Request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will act on access, correction, and consent withdrawal requests within 3 x 24 hours of receiving them, as UU PDP requires, and on other requests as soon as we can within the legal time limits.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
